Founder and Owners of Refresh & Remodel Robert and Glo Sims are taking the remodeling business by storm. Both born and raised in St. Louis Missouri, with different career backgrounds found a love and passion for taking something outdated and turning it into something beautiful and amazing.  

Robert Sims

For over 15 years Robert has been a thriving leader in is field. Classically trained and certified as a Foreman Floor layer with many carpentry and painting skills, safety is his highest priority earning certifications through OSHA 10 & 30 and CPR. Robert sees every job as an opportunity to showcase his talent, speed, and industry expertise which ultimately led him to lead multi-million dollar projects on classified job sites. Robert believes every project is an opportunity to explore his client's visions, championing them into a breathtaking reality. It brings him great joy to share his signature techniques and give clients a one-of-a-kind remodel they will enjoy for a lifetime.

Glo has experience managing millions of dollars in transactional and relationship-driven revenue streams for various organizations and has been a trusted leader in strategic direction, operational execution, and exceeding client expectations for over 20 years. Partnering with industry giants like CNN, State Farm, Obama for America Campaign, Enterprise Holdings, and USAA, you can count on her to have keen insights to manage your projects seamlessly to complete satisfaction. Glo serves as an officer on the Our Savior Parent Teacher League Board and a community liaison to Cornerstone – Rebuilding Homes. Rebuilding Lives.
